This is what the Taliban does to THEIR prisoners of war--graphic.

While Pelosi and her crew whine about how American troops treat the enemy in Gitmo and interrogation, this is how the Taliban treats their captured enemies. It is brutal and graphic and I want you to send this video to every jihadi sympathizer you know, including your congress person...This is who our men and women are fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq. This is what we have to stop.

This comes via my friends over at Infidel Bloggers Alliance, if you havn't stopped by there yet, you really should, it's a goldmine of information.

Taliban Behead Pakistani Troops In Swat Video

What Rusty says here about this video is mild. I'm at work so could only sneak a couple seconds peak. It is really horrible. Really. And I actually have mixed feelings about posting it but too many forget what we're up against now that HopenChange is ruining the show.
Besides the folks Rusty mentions should watch it maybe we should include execs from those banks who want to open branches in Iran.

from the Jawa Report:Horror: Taliban Behead Pakistani Troops in Swat Video

A video which claims to show Taliban troops in Pakistan's Swat valley murdering men accused of being "spies" for the government and the U.S. has emerged. It's really horrible and the only people who should watch it are Taliban sympathizers.

You'd think I'd be immune to the effects of these kind of snuff videos by now, but I'm not. The horror of Islamists beheading their victims in accordance with Islamic law for alleged "crimes" never really goes away.

So, if you think the Taliban are just a bunch of freedom fighters, watch this video. If you think Islamic law is some kind of noble endeavor, watch this video.Or, if you just need to be reminded of how brutal our enemies are, watch this video.

The truth is that bad things happen in war. Even our own troops sometimes make tragic mistakes and on rare occasions the occasional bad apple does something horrible. But for Taliban apologists let me remind you of two key differences.
First, we do not produce these kinds of videos as badges of honor. You do. We are embarrassed and horrified when we learn that any of our soldiers ever operate outside the rules of war. Remember Abu Ghraib? As a nation, we were ashamed.

Second, we prosecute soldiers who murder prisoners while you celebrate them. Like the Nazis and Communists before you, you are a bunch of barbarians. The sooner you are all dead, the sooner the world can rest.

Now, let me say something about the video. The video is new to me (I think). It shows a gang slowly sawing off the heads of several bound victims on a road. The second half is old footage of a young boy murdering a man as his Taliban mentors egg him on.

What is odd about the video is that during the opening credits the symbol of the al-Shabaab terrorist organization is shown. The al-Shabaab are in Somalia, not Pakistan or Afghanistan, and those doing the murdering in the video are clearly not from Africa. So, why the al-Shabaab symbol? It makes zero sense to me.Also, does any one recognize the second logo? Here's the video.(It is rough. This is your last chance to bail -- MR)

Dear Mr. President

This is a snippet of a very gracious letter sent today to President Obama from Rev. Hugh W. Cleary, C.S.C.Superior of the Congregation of Holy Cross, which oversees Notre Dame, if you are a Catholic who feels abandoned by our Catholic political leaders, I encourage you to read the entire letter.

===========================================
...President Obama, you are superbly versed in the issues of our day. I have no doubt that your policy convictions are grounded in rigorous study and that all your important decisions are supported by your conscience. Therefore, through this open letter, I would like to take advantage of the occasion of your receiving an honorary degree from Notre Dame, to ask you to rethink, through prayerful wrestling with your own conscience, your stated positions on the vital "life issues" of our day, particularly in regard to abortion, embryonic forms of stem cell research and your position on the Freedom of Choice Act before Congress.

Perhaps such an impertinent request rings with insolence. I mean you neither rudeness nor disrespect. I ask you this directly because as a Catholic, in this critical area of life and death issues, I hold and promote contrary views to your own as to what is right and just for the common good of our nation. ..

...President Obama, your presence at Notre Dame, a premier Catholic institution, is regarded by many good Catholics as scandalous because of your support of abortion rights, regarded by us as an intrinsic evil. In awarding you this degree, they experience Notre Dame as undermining essential, intrinsic Catholic dogma which upholds the dignity of human life. They believe that in honoring you or in giving you a platform to speak, the University of Notre Dame is selling her soul for who knows what: perhaps, at best, for the prestige and glory of having the President of the United States on campus during his first year in office or perhaps at worst, giving an endorsement to your "anti-life policies."

I do not believe this outrage is simply a demonstration of partisan politics. I sincerely want to rejoice in your presence at Notre Dame as President of the United States. But really, can I? In all sincerity, President Obama, how are we Catholics to deal with you, or any other government leader, who upholds what we believe to be the intrinsic evil of abortion and who is willing to sign the FOCA legislation? How are we to confront Catholic leaders in your own Administration by whom we feel so abandoned? Are we to use tactics of shunning you and dismissing you as we feel shunned and dismissed? This is a far from frivolous question. Shunning seems to be the growing trend among many Catholic leaders and institutions today. It seems to be the only recourse left open. It is, of course, a tactic many politicians have used on occasion, including yourself...

...Faithful Catholics believe that the fetus, the embryo, growing in the womb is a distinct human being. We believe that the new child's mother is the guardian of her baby's life within her womb. She is offering this new creation precious hospitality, just as a Christian might give a journeying pilgrim the respite of hospitality within one's own home.

This much we know, Mr. President, in our culture, dictated by the law of the land, a newly conceived embryo is not offered the dignity and rights of an independent, innocent human being. "There is no God who condones taking the life an innocent human being." As Catholics, this much we know, abortion is taking the life of an innocent human being. Nothing will ever change that.

President Obama, would you really sign into law a bill like FOCA which would force faith-based hospitals and healthcare facilities to perform abortions? Would you deny doctors and health care professionals their most precious human freedom in choosing life?

The issue of choice in American law looms large before us: in your logic it will be lawful to choose abortion but it will be a crime to choose life. In Catholic logic one cannot choose to murder in any circumstance, even in punishment for crime. One can choose life but not death. I am not so naïve as to believe that passing such ill-advised, contemptible legislation such as FOCA will "end the culture wars" as you have stated. On the contrary it will be considered by many of us as a persecution of the Catholic Church...

...Mr. President, may I be so audacious as to suggest that you have made a mistake in your position supporting abortion rights as the law of the land. May I suggest, with all humility for I am far from perfect, that you give your conscience a fresh opportunity to be formed anew in a holy awe and reverence before human life in every form at every stage - from conception to natural death. For we are all the Children of God.

Katrina Pierson = Courage

Katrina Pierson. Remember her name, I think you will see much more of her in the future. Her story is an amazing testament to courage and her strong belief in the American dream. Listen to her speak at the Dallas TEA party and be amazed.
"I would like to welcome you all to what could very well be the next revolution"

FBI came to the Tea Parties too

I know this won't come as much of a shock to many of us, but the FBI is reported, by the Canada Free Press to have been at the TEA parties, gathering information and taking pictures of the participants. Ladies and gentlemen, the Federal Bureau of Investigation was using cameras and man power funded by US, the very same citizens who were protesting wasting our tax dollars were being watched by our own government.

I have no doubt by now, they have scoured all the networking sites and collected those images too. Many of felt this was a historically important event, enough so that we brought our sons and daughters too, I'm sure their pictures are collected up in a book somewhere now as well. I am furious at yet another betrayal of my government.
==========================================

"Listen to what I am saying,” stated the source during an interview with Doug Hagmann, founder (NEIN). “The Department of Homeland Security Intelligence Assessment that is receiving so much attention is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg, and the true patriotic citizens of this country are on the Titanic. This is what bothers me. But is goes far beyond that assessment. There have been very significant changes made over the last few years that redirect the focus and assets of the intelligence community internally. These changes have greatly accelerated under this administration, and the threats have been redefined to include those who used to be patriots. It’s not only chilling but absolutely insulting to God-fearing Americans.” http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/10371

But, wait, it just keeps getting better...
"In addition to obtaining or confirming the location and time of each “demonstration,” each field office was instructed to obtain or confirm the identity of the individual(s) involved in the actual planning and coordination of the event in each specific region, and include the local or regional Internet web site address, if any. The information collected by region was then reportedly sent to FBI Headquarters."

“The implications to the citizens of the U.S. are ominous. It seems that there is a hostile political agenda coming from Washington that characterizes the supporters of our constitutional freedoms as threats to our domestic security, which is totally absurd. The redirection, the refocusing of domestic threats from al Qaeda cells to ‘flag waving right-wingers’ is something that has gone from a murmur a few years ago to a roar today.”

The S word

Because it is Sunday night I'm going to partake in what I call lazy blogging...a oneliner above a cut and paste and thats it...goodnight :)
---------------------------

Socialism is really cannibalism
Carol Negro

Apparently in our current political climate "socialism" has become a word that does not convey the horror it actually represents. It has become common and thus meaningless beyond the virtuous idea of "sharing" and "taking care of the poor".People, especially among the ignorant -- particularly the college educated -- seem proud to call themselves "Socialists" today.

And the supremely ignorant -- our politicians -- go a step further, and celebrate the word "Progressive" as though it had a glorious and honorable history.I refuse to allow "Socialism" and "Progressivism" to be understood as benign, helpful, caring, sharing- as another way of saying "The Brotherhood of Man".

Socialism and Progressivism are cannibalism.

When I work, I use up hours of my life... my limited, mortal, human, physical life. The money I am paid represents the life I expended to earn it. My pay-my wealth-is my labor. It is the expenditure of some of my body's short, precious life on earth. So when someone takes my money, they steal my hours of labor.

They consume not only the fruits of my labor, but my labor itself, that labor which is the very expenditure of my life. When someone loots and consumes the money I have earned, they consume the part of my life devoted to producing what they have taken. What is that but cannibalism?

A selfishness so profound, so inhuman, so greedy, so barbaric that it encourages and celebrates-and seeks to legally require- the consuming of the life's blood of one human by another. That is the vicious reality of Socialism.

Don't let the bastards call it anything else.

More Czars than a Romanov

I'm glad I am not the only one to notice the abundance of czars in Dear Leaders administration. He is stacking the deck, even Sen Robert Byrd thinks so. This is not going to end well, in my opinion.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
From American Daughter:

By Nancy Matthis Saturday, April 18th, 2009 at 1:26 am

Obama will rule the country through a group of czars. He is moving swiftly to concentrate power in the White House, bypassing the review of our elected representatives in Congress. Even though the cabinet positions are part of the executive branch, the cabinet secretaries must be approved by Congress, they are funded by Congress, and they can be called before Congress to testify. The czars, on the other hand, are appointed by Obama at his sole discretion, and are answerable only to him. If subpoenaed by Congress, they can claim executive privilege. So far we have:

Jeffrey Crowley, [openly gay white man] AIDS czar
Herbert Allison Jr., bailout czar
Alan Bersin, border czar
Steve Rattner, [maybe, maybe not] car czar
John Brennan, counterterrorism czar
Melissa Hathaway, [soon to be] cybersecurity czar
Gil Kerlikowske, drug czar
Larry Summers, economic czar
Paul Volcker, economic czar number two
Carol Browner, energy czar
Van Jones, green jobs czar
Daniel Fried, Guantanamo closure czar
Nancy-Ann DeParle, health czar
Vivek Kundra, infotech czar
Dennis Blair, intelligence czar
Cass Sunstein, regulatory czar
Joshua DuBois, religion czar
John Holdren, science czar
Earl Devaney, stimulus oversight czar
Ron Kirk, trade czar
Adolfo Carrion, urban affairs czar
Gary Samore, weapons of mass destruction czar

Some observers are beginning to worry. Back in February constitutional scholar Senator Robert Byrd (D-WV) expressed concern:

Byrd Calls Obama’s Czars DangerousFebruary 25, 2009
Robert Byrd, the longest serving senator in history, criticized President Obama’s appointment of numerous White House advisors, also called “czars,” saying the presence of the czars gives the president too much power.

These czars report directly to Mr. Obama and have the power to shape national policy on their subject area. So far, Mr. Obama has recruited czars on health reform, urban affairs policy, and energy and climate change. Unlike Cabinet secretaries, they do not have to be approved by Congress.

In a letter to Obama on Wednesday, Byrd, a Democrat, said that the czar system “can threaten the Constitutional system of checks and balances,” … Byrd added that oversight of federal agencies is the responsibility of officials approved by the Senate.

“As presidential assistants and advisers, these White House staffers are not accountable for their actions to the Congress, to cabinet officials, or to virtually anyone but the president,” Byrd wrote. “They rarely testify before congressional committees, and often shield the information and decision-making process behind the assertion of executive privilege. In too many instances, White House staff have been allowed to inhibit openness and transparency, and reduce accountability.”

American citizens should take note — the words czar and kaiser come from the Latin root caesar — so we can know what to expect.

Related:
Los Angeles Times — President Obama’s czar system concerns some:
As President Obama names more policy czars to his White House team — high-level staff members who will help oversee the administration’s top initiatives — some lawmakers and Washington interest groups are raising concerns that he may be subverting the authority of Congress and concentrating too much power in the presidency….
It’s far too early to tell whether Obama’s quest for efficiency will lead to overstepping the bounds of presidential authority….

Foreign Policy — It’s official: Obama creates more czars than the Romanovs:
It has finally happened. With yesterday’s naming of Border Czar Alan Bersin, the Obama administration has by any reasonable reckoning passed the Romanov Dynasty in the production of czars. The Romanovs ruled Russia from 1613 with the ascension of Michael I through the abdication of Czar Nicholas II in 1917. During that time, they produced 18 czars. While it is harder to exactly count the number of Obama administration czars, with yesterday’s appointment it seems fair to say it is now certainly in excess of 18….

Personally, I think from a purely process standpoint all this czarism is a risky business that ends up producing bureaucratic bottlenecks, tensions and inefficiency when not managed extremely carefully. For now we will give them the benefit of the doubt that they will manage it well. Though please, please guys, stop now that you are ahead, now that you are officially the most prolific czarist dynasty in history.

Politico — West Wing on steroids in Obama W.H.:
President Barack Obama is taking far-reaching steps to centralize decision-making inside the White House, surrounding himself with influential counselors, overseas envoys and policy “czars” that shift power from traditional Cabinet posts.

Not even a week has passed since he was sworn in, but already Obama is moving to create perhaps the most powerful staff in modern history – a sort of West Wing on steroids that places no less than a half-dozen of his top initiatives into the hands of advisers outside the Cabinet….
Pulling power close is something all recent presidents have done – and on the campaign trail, Obama spoke out against George W. Bush’s attempt to expand his executive authority.
But when it comes to building his own team, Obama is taking the notion of a powerful White House staff to new heights, leaving little doubt who will set policy and guide the politics of the his newborn administration….

Nashville TEA Party

Wow what a great day to be a right wing extremist at a protest! I went to the Nashville one--and we started as we did the last time, with a word of prayer. Then the Pledge of Allegiance, then we sang the National Anthem--yes WE, the audience sang. All around me patriot voices sang the words, loudly, strongly and I got chills listening to the words coming from ordinary people, just like me.
Oh, before we started, the organizer laid out a few ground rules. He said that we were to expect some ACORN people to show up and if we were bothered by anyone that we should immediately begin to chant USA! USA! to let people around us know. Then the orange vests(specially trained volunteers from the local organizing chapter) were going to move in and escort the trouble makers away. And don'tcha know, a couple of fools showed up and tried us---but we were ready for them and it was basically a non starter. I was too far away to get any shots--but, who cares, let the loosers think they accomplished something. I felt very safe--there were lots of police there and I even took my son out of school to go with me, he's 6' 3" and 230 pounds of solid muscle(he plays football when hes not eating). So, along with a couple other local bloggers we staked out our spot about an hour before the actual event started. Here is an image about an hour-ish before TEA time.

The building in the background is the state capital building and at this time I would guess at least 300-400 people were there--an hour before T-time

This is about 30 minutes later. See how fast the plaza filled up? I like the sign in the center right that says "Karl Marx is Dead" Nice huh?

This one made me giggle, because it is as direct of a message as one could hope for directed to our state Senators, Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker. I have to say Corker has done a better job at holding the line on spending than Lamar has--Lamar I guess this is your unofficial notice.

Do you see that big greyish building in the background? Tall men around me told me the crowd was all the way back to that building--I think it is a hotel, but I'm not sure. I'm not that familiar with Nashville, I don't come to the big city that often...well, lately it has just been for protests and hockey games. The speaker told us they were estimating the crowd at around 10,000. I have no way to confirm or deny that, since I am much too short to see over the crowd--and I wouldn't be a bit surprised because there were substantially more people than last time.

I will be back later with some more pictures and thoughts--but right now I have to make supper. Yeah, down here in the south we eat supper. :)
God Bless America!

Damn Them

When I attended my first TEA party in February, I went with a mixture of excitement and felt a touch of pride. The excitement was because I had never attended a political protest--the pride came because I felt as though I was truly a patriot in the sense that I was planning to exercise my right to peacefully assemble to protest the government for a very valid reason.

This time though, I am nervous and filled with dread. I am nervous those flaky moonbats will show up and some how suck me into interacting with them. Oh I have a plan, but, Mr. Murphy will show up and bring his stupid law and my plans will become his victim, most likely. I don't want to screw this up for the rest of the movement, of course, I could argue with myself that I am not that important that anything I say tomorrow will screw up the TeaParty movement, but I do tend to blurt things out...So I'm going to avoid the moonbats tomorrow if I possibly can, of course it would be very helpful if the flakes tied a sign around their necks or something.

The dread comes in because I'm going to be attending a rally in a larger city and I read the DHS report, then I listened to this exerpt of an interview with the Under Secretary person at DHS. He couldn't deny that DHS will be at the protests filming or taking pictures. Did you hear me? He couldn't deny that DHS won't be taking pictures of the protestors. They aren't going to make a scrap book with those pictures. Those pictures will NOT be used for any thing good.

SO,the damned moonbats and the damned DHS types have completely freaked me out. I dread going to the TEA party, but I'm going. I won't let them intimidate me into staying home. I WON'T allow my fear of my government force me to become mute. I won't allow my fear of confrontation and bullies keep me from doing what I know to be my duty to try to protect the Constitution and my beloved nation.

So listen up all you damned, flaky statists...I'm not going away. You can scare me. You can bully me. You can threaten me. You can mock me. You can label me an enemy of my beloved nation...but I am not going away. It is a disquieting bit of knowledge to come to the understanding that elements of my nation, in a department that is supposed to protect ME from terrorists---now view ME as a right wing extremist. ME. I am a middle aged, slightly greying suburbanite, grandma who has never been arrested, never been sued, never even had an over due library book, the last speeding ticket I had was in the 80s, I vote regularly, I even have a bird feeder and a goldfish pond in my front yard for crying out loud. I am engaged in my community and church, and I am now labeled by my government as a right wing extremist...the world has indeed gone upside down, nuking futs.
(TEAparty FEB 09)

So, now, maybe I can sleep...maybe.

American Legion Responds to DHS Napolitano

AMERICAN LEGION: An Open Letter to Homeland Security on ‘Rightwing Extremists’
Editor’s note: David K. Rehbein, an Army veteran and national commander of The American Legion, sent the following letter to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano in response to the recent Homeland Security report warning about “Rightwing Extremism.”

Secretary Janet NapolitanoDepartment of Homeland SecurityU.S. Department of Homeland SecurityWashington, DC 20528
April 13, 2009

Dear Secretary Napolitano,

On behalf of the 2.6 million-member American Legion, I am stating my concern about your April 7 report, “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence and Recruitment.”First, I want to assure you that The American Legion has long shared your concern about white supremacist and anti-government groups. In 1923, when the Ku Klux Klan still yielded unspeakable influence in this country, The American Legion passed Resolution 407. It resolved, in part, “…we consider any individual, group of individuals or organizations, which creates, or fosters racial, religious or class strife among our people, or which takes into their own hands the enforcement of law, determination of guilt, or infliction of punishment, to be un-American, a menace to our liberties, and destructive to our fundamental law…”The best that I can say about your recent report is that it is incomplete.

The report states, without any statistical evidence, “The possible passage of new restrictions on firearms and the return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks.”

The American Legion is well aware and horrified at the pain inflicted during the Oklahoma City bombing, but Timothy McVeigh was only one of more than 42 million veterans who have worn this nation’s uniform during wartime. To continue to use McVeigh as an example of the stereotypical “disgruntled military veteran” is as unfair as using Osama bin Laden as the sole example of Islam.

Your report states that “Rightwing extremists were concerned during the 1990s with the perception that illegal immigrants were taking away American jobs through their willingness to work at significantly lower wages.” Secretary Napolitano, this is more than a perception to those who have lost their job. Would you categorize union members as “Right Wing extremists”?
In spite of this incomplete, and, I fear, politically-biased report, The American Legion and the Department of Homeland Security share many common and crucial interests, such as the Citizen Corps and disaster preparedness. Since you are a graduate of New Mexico Girls State, I trust that you are very familiar with The American Legion. I would be happy to meet with you at a time of mutual convenience to discuss issues such as border security and the war on terrorism. I think it is important for all of us to remember that Americans are not the enemy. The terrorists are.

Sincerely,
David K. RehbeinNational CommanderThe American Legion

Please tell me this is false?

Ok, a few weeks ago, I blogged about the Missouri memo which specifically targeted rightwingers, Ron Paul supporters and generally anyone who openly opposes BO's socialist plans for this country. Then the memo was pulled, which was a pretty good sign.

Then I get this in an email from a friend. He basically asked me to PLEASE tell him this is a fake. I checked the watermark on the background against a document I have that I know to be real from Homeland Security...the seal appears to me to be genuine. Ok, so check one. Spelling and grammar checks out as to be written by a professional, with good grasp of the English language(maybe eliminating the possibility it was written by a non- English speaking person in an effort to cause trouble between the gov't and the people--I know, thats kinda far fetched but hey, thanks to 9-11 I question everything) I showed this to a few other people who have long experience with gov't documents and none of them found anything wonky with the report. So, I'm going with a reasonable certainty this is a genuine document...and it scares me.

The opening paragraph says

(U//FOUO) This product is one of a series of intelligence assessments published by the Extremism and Radicalization Branch to facilitate a greater understanding of the phenomenon of violent radicalization in the United States. The information is provided to federal, state, local, and tribal counterterrorism and law enforcement officials so they may effectively deter, prevent, preempt, or respond to terrorist attacks
against the United States. Federal efforts to influence domestic public opinion must be conducted in an overt and transparent manner, clearly identifying United States Government sponsorship.

Ok, so I don't have a problem with them hunting down terrorists, until I read further and find out just who they view as potential terrorist. Highlighted words are my own.

UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY
UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY
(U) Key Findings
(U//LES) The DHS/Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) has no specific
information
that domestic rightwing* terrorists are currently planning acts of violence, but rightwing extremists may be gaining new recruits by playing on their fears about several emergent issues. The economic downturn and the election of the first African American president present unique drivers for rightwing radicalization andrecruitment.
— (U//LES) Threats from white supremacist and violent antigovernment groups
during 2009 have been largely rhetorical and have not indicated plans to carry out violent acts. Nevertheless, the consequences of a prolonged economic
downturn—including real estate foreclosures, unemployment, and an inability
to obtain credit—could create a fertile recruiting environment for rightwing
extremists and even result in confrontations between such groups and
government authorities similar to those in the past.
— (U//LES) Rightwing extremists have capitalized on the election of the first
African American president,
and are focusing their efforts to recruit new
members, mobilize existing supporters, and broaden their scope and appeal
through propaganda, but they have not yet turned to attack planning.
(U//FOUO) The current economic and political climate has some similarities to the 1990s when rightwing extremism experienced a resurgence fueled largely by an economic recession, criticism about the outsourcing of jobs, and the perceived threat to U.S. power and sovereignty by other foreign powers.
— (U//FOUO) During the 1990s, these issues contributed to the growth in the
number of domestic rightwing terrorist and extremist groups and an increase in
violent acts targeting government facilities, law enforcement officers, banks,
and infrastructure sectors.
— (U//FOUO) Growth of these groups subsided in reaction to increased
government scrutiny as a result of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing and
disrupted plots, improvements in the economy, and the continued U.S. standing
as the preeminent world power.
(U//FOUO) The possible passage of new restrictions on firearms and the return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks.

So, in a nutshell...everyone but the liberal leftards should be under suspicion for terrorist activities...fellow Americans;INSPITE of having NO evidence that any group or person is planning an attack. Talk about the politics of fear...my God in heaven have we come to neighbor spying on neighbor? Im SO glad the war on foreign terrorism is over and there are no more threats of "man caused disasters" since BO was elected---now he can focus on weeding out those radical Conservatives.

This is the definition of rightwing extremism according to this document:

U) Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to asingle issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.

So, whatever you do, don't talk about the crazy, evil MUSLIM jihadists, or the cowardly Palestinian terrorists who use children for human shields, or ILLEGAL immigrants, or STATES RIGHTS to reject unConsitutional laws or regulations, or the DELIBERATE MURDER OF THE UNBORN in this country...or else you might wind up on the LIST...

Surrender Monkey in Chief...sad but true

Barack Obama: President Pantywaist - new surrender monkey on the block
Posted By: Gerald Warner at Apr 10, 2009 at 10:20:05 [General]

Barack Obama, G20, Kim Jong-il, nato, North Korea

President Barack Obama has recently completed the most successful foreign policy tour since Napoleon's retreat from Moscow. You name it, he blew it. What was his big deal economic programme that he was determined to drive through the G20 summit? Another massive stimulus package, globally funded and co-ordinated. Did he achieve it? Not so as you'd notice. Barack Obama in Prague on his astonishingly successful tour

Barack is not the first New World ingenue to discover that European leaders will load him with praise, struggle sycophantically to be photographed with him and outdo him in Utopian rhetoric. But when it comes to the critical moment of opening their wallets - suddenly it is flag-day in Aberdeen. Okay, put the G20 down to inexperience, beginner's nerves, what you will.

On to Nato and the next big objective: to persuade the same European evasion experts that America, Britain and Canada should no longer bear the brunt of the Afghan struggle virtually unassisted. The Old World sucked through its teeth, said that was asking a lot - but, seeing it was Barack, to whom they could refuse nothing, they would graciously accede to his wishes.
So The One retired triumphant, having secured a massive contribution of 5,000 extra troops - all of them non-combatant, of course - which must really have put the wind up the Taliban, at the prospect of 5,000 more infidel cooks and bottle-washers swarming into the less hazardous regions of Afghanistan.

Then came the dramatic bit, the authentic West Wing script, with the President wakened in the middle of the night in Prague to be told that Kim Jong-il had just launched a Taepodong-2 missile. America had Aegis destroyers tracking the missile and could have shot it down. But Uncle Sam had a sterner reprisal in store for l'il ole Kim (as Dame Edna might call him): a multi-megaton strike of Obama hot air.

"Rules must be binding," declared Obama, referring to the fact that Kim had just breached UN Resolutions 1695 and 1718. "Violations must be punished." (Sounds ominous.) "Words must mean something." (Why, Barack? They never did before, for you - as a cursory glance at your many speeches will show.)

President Pantywaist is hopping mad and he has a strategy to cut Kim down to size: he is going to slice $1.4bn off America's missile defence programme, presumably on the calculation that Kim would feel it unsporting to hit a sitting duck, so that will spoil his fun.

Watch out, France and Co, there is a new surrender monkey on the block and, over the next four years, he will spectacularly sell out the interests of the West with every kind of liberal-delusionist initiative on nuclear disarmament and sitting down to negotiate with any power freak who wants to buy time to get a good ICBM fix on San Francisco, or wherever. If you thought the world was a tad unsafe with Dubya around, just wait until President Pantywaist gets into his stride.

The Bow,The Nukes and the Promised Land

It makes me sick to my stomach every time I see this video of an American president clearly BOWING before the king of Saudi Arabia.

But, now of course, the White House is denying that it was an obsequious display of grovelling before the entire world, by claiming that nono silly people, it wasn't a bow, Dear Leader is just so tall you see, he had to bend over to grasp with both hands the king of Saudi Arabia's hand. Well watch the video for yourself and note the position of Dear Leaders second hand during the bow--then make up your own mind. Why are they lying?

In the mean time, Iran has declared that Obama and the rest of the world has given up on trying to stop Iran's nuclear ambitions when they announced that over 7,000 centrifuges have been installed at its uranium enrichment facility in Isfahan province.

"This has led to the acceptance of Iran's nuclear energy right by the new US president, Barack Obama."

This coming during the Passover of the Jewish people and at the beginning of the holiest time of the year for Christians. Of course, we shouldn't be concerned that Iran is going to use all that enriched uranium for anything other than supplying energy to the Iranian people, right? Of course they are not going to do exactly what they said they would do---wipe Israel off the face of the earth. Dear Leader's lack of moral clarity and political courage has placed tiny, surrounded Israel in a very undesirable spot. For Israel to have any hope of survival, they must strike Iran soon and they are going to most likely have to do it alone. I think every man, woman, and child in Israel must know their hope of America standing beside them evaporated on the night Obama took office.

If Israel is to survive, I believe that Israel only has one chance to get it right, and I am sorry to say I believe she will have to do it alone. ""Israel knows it must do take out the nuclear weapons capability of Iran. And yet, Israel will not be able to do it. Not because it doesn't have the military might to do so. And not because it lacks the will. But because Barack Obama will order the United States Air Force to stand in its way if it tries. Between the airfields of Israel and the reactors and research labs and storage facilities of Iran sit the armed forces of the United States and its hundreds of planes, missiles and radar. With our bases in Iraq and those floating in the Persian Gulf, the United States separates Israel and Iran. Obama would have to give his okay for Israel to pass. Obama will not."

HuffPo Is Coming to the TEA Parties--just so you know

A few days ago I posted some concerns that echoes several other bloggers concerns that groups like ACORN may try to cause trouble at the TEA parties and get pictures in order to discredit the real TEA party attendees. Please read this letter from the Huffington Post actively recruiting "citizen reporters".

"The Huffington Post wants to have citizen journalists at as many of these events as possible. If you think you'd be interested in attending one of the Tea Parties and reporting back to us with dispatches, photos, or video, click here to sign up. We'll contact you shortly with further instructions."

So, being the curious sort, I clicked and signed up with another email address. Pretty benign, until you get to the example of the images they hope to capture, from the G-20 Protest. Weren't those called riots? SO, if anyone approaches me to "interview" me, I will be polite but firm and then take my picture with them.

Yep, if they get my picture Im going to get their picture. I'm also going to have a second sign that might say something like "Special Guest from HuffPo" and follow that person around with the sign. Or maybe not, I don't know right now, but at any rate, just wanted to put the information out there that the left is planning to "inflitrate" the TEA parties and it is my opinion they are hoping to find pictures that will discredit us and our cause. You know, its a good thing we are "wasting our time" LOL

=================Here are the Instructions from the email================
Thank you for joining the Tea Party reporting team.
Next week, on April 15, we need you to be inside the crowd taking photos and video, jotting observations, and using Twitter to give HuffPost readers the on-the-ground coverage of the Tea Party protests. Locate the event closest to you HERE (click on your state listed on the right side of the page). Not everyone is a writer and not all people want to take photographs, which is why we have laid out four ways to be part of the team.1) Pen and Pad Reporting: Each protest presents a unique story. We definitely want to know the basics: how many people were in attendance? Where there any prominent speakers, and what did they say? Which slogans did the crowds chant, and what did they paint on their signs? We're also interested in understanding what kind of people showed up and why--so feel free to ask them if you feel comfortable doing so.
We are asking for dispatches of no more than 600 words. Email your report to submissions+teaparty@huffingtonpost.com by noon on April 16th. (Check out our reporting standards for further guidance.)2) Picture the Protest: Take your camera and capture the best images from the gathering. Protest signs and banners make for good photographs, as do families and establishing shots of the entire crowd. Email your pics to photos@huffingtonpost.com. Incude your name, city, and state in the subject line and a brief description of each photo in the body of your email. For inspiration check out the slide show from the G-20 Protest in London. 3) Film the Show: Some HuffPosters have already shown interest in filming their local Tea Party. We don't have specific guidelines on video production, however we suggest that you edit your footage to less than five minutes in length and that you identify all interviewees. You can publish your video to YouTube and email us the link, or send your mpeg file to submissions+teaparty@huffingtonpost.com usingYouSentIt.
4) Twitter the Facts: It's impossible to give an exhaustive report in 140 characters, but Twitter's short form is great for quickly getting across basic facts and observations. Using your cell phone or mobile device, you can "tweet" the approximate attendance or a choice quote. IMPORTANT: We'll only see your tweets if you include #huff in ALL of your messages. Also, remember to include your city and state so that we know where you are. (Sign up for an account with Twitter here.) If you have any questions, email submissions+teaparty@huffingtonpost.com.
Good luck,
Matt
